From baseball, to softball, to bocce ball.......size :)

That is how my husband as described my expansion progression. And it is a fairly accurate description! I do look like someone has taken two bocce balls and neatly tucked them under my skin. To me, however, weight wise, they feel a bit more like cannon balls!

I am getting close now to my reconstructive surgery date, which is Monday, November 22, 2010. The preop jitters are starting to set in and the fact that my surgery isn't until 3:30 in the afternoon really doesn't help!

I will be glad to have this medical chapter over with......

  1. Hi, Suzanne--

By now you are all fixed up--I was slow seeing this--and I hope you are doing great! Thinking of you . . .

  2. You are very brave Suzanne. You keep fighting and telling others of your heroic battle. I hope you are healing well emotionally and physically.
Happy Holidays from one of your flickr friends.

  3. Hey sweet lady:

Beginning my own blog tonight made me think of you and yours ~ it's been awhile since I visited and now realize you have gone way past this post as it is now January and I have spoken to you a bit about your "questioning" your new boobs :) How are they doing now, I hope not as flat as you were saying, but perhaps that was due to swelling? One of these days you are going to be so perky an I am going to be so jealous.....lol :) Love you bunches dear Suzanne, you are a brave trooper!

Oh, good news and really happy news ~ I decided to take the five little "cakes" that you rerooted with beautiful mohair (two have new families) and KEEP THE LITTLE SUCKERS CAUSE I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Just could not let them go and I cannot tell you how pleased and delighted I am they are back in my life and with the other girls again ~ had them tucked away in the spare room so they would stop staring at me :) Boobs and cakes, what an interesting combination of subjects.....:) Big hugs, Betty ♥
